For these women, mastering their emotional landscape is not just a want; it’s a need for personal fulfillment and professional success. A Millennial's Guide to Healthy Emotional Regulation in Life and Business is here to support those women who are tired of burnout and are seeking real tools to help them achieve emotional mastery.
This podcast is your go-to resource for navigating the emotional ups and downs of entrepreneurship while maintaining balance and calm amid chaos. It's the show for you if you're a female millennial entrepreneur trying to thrive in business without sacrificing your mental well-being. Emotional regulation is the key, achieved through movement, meditation, mindfulness, and more.
Why Emotional Regulation Matters for Female Millennial Entrepreneurs
Female millennial entrepreneurs face unique challenges in today’s business landscape. Many wear multiple hats: creator, leader, innovator, mom, and partner. While building their businesses, these women often confront pressure from external expectations and internal self-criticism. They balance business growth with personal lives, often neglecting their own needs in the process. The constant hustle can leave them overwhelmed, stressed, and on the verge of burnout.
Emotional regulation—the ability to effectively manage and respond to emotional experiences—is critical for long-term success. Whether handling the stress of scaling a business, dealing with difficult clients, or managing the internal battles of imposter syndrome, emotional mastery allows these entrepreneurs to stay grounded, make better decisions, and cultivate resilience.
The host, Jayna Swan, empowers incredible women to embrace their emotions rather than avoid or suppress them. By practicing self-awareness, integrating daily movement, and using mindfulness and meditation techniques, listeners will learn how to transform emotional challenges into opportunities for growth, creativity, and clarity.
We explore topics that will:
- Unlock Emotional Mastery: Discover how to shift from reaction to response and move from a state of overwhelm to one of control. We break down emotional regulation techniques that are simple yet effective, such as mindful breathing exercises, grounding techniques, and the practice of mind-body connection through movement.
- Embrace Self-Care & Self-Love: Learn how prioritizing your emotional well-being is key to your business growth. By practicing self-compassion and reframing negative thought patterns, you will develop an unshakable sense of self-worth, which translates into success and leadership.
- Move with Purpose: Through movement—whether it's yoga, dance, or even a daily walk—you can process emotions and release tension from the body. Physical activity is essential in maintaining emotional balance, and we’ll discuss the science behind how movement can enhance emotional regulation.
- Create Healthy Boundaries: Building a business can sometimes blur the lines between personal and professional life. We explore how to set and maintain healthy boundaries to protect your emotional and mental well-being, ensuring you can thrive in all areas of life without burning out.
- Gratitude & Mindset Shifts: We’ll teach you how to use gratitude as a powerful emotional regulation tool. By shifting your mindset from scarcity to abundance, you can transform how you approach your business's challenges, setbacks, and successes.

Sacred Pause: The Journey Back to Your Body
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Beneath the sprawling branches of an ancient oak tree, something sacred is happening. Women are gathering, exhaling, and remembering what it feels like to be fully present in their bodies again.
The Her One Day Immersion isn't another wellness workshop cluttering your calendar—it's a soul calibration. Just 10-15 women meet on Sunday mornings in Central Florida, creating an intimate container where everyone can be seen and held. You'll arrive to find cold rags for your neck, hand fans for comfort, and a welcoming drink—small gestures acknowledging that your nervous system deserves a gentle landing.
Over three transformative hours, we move through a carefully curated journey: grounding meditation to settle your system, journal prompts that help you rediscover your voice, frequency healing that releases what words cannot express, and embodied movement that invites playfulness back into your body. "You don't need another breathwork breakthrough," as we say. "You need to laugh with your whole body once again."
What makes this gathering different is what it's not—there's no pressure to share, no expectation to perform, and no agenda to fix you. This isn't about productivity or networking. It's about reconnecting to the parts of yourself that have been neglected amid the hustle: your softness, your depth, your authentic voice.
If you've been feeling overstimulated, overbooked, and underheld, if you crave depth not drama, connection not codependence—let this be your invitation. Join us under the oak tree, just 30 minutes north of Orlando, as we remember together that we were never meant to do this alone. Check the details below to secure your spot at our next gathering—these sacred circles fill quickly as women remember how good it feels to truly exhale.

The Her One Day Immersion
Speaker 1Today I want to take you somewhere, not in theory, not in metaphor, but in your body. I want to bring you into a moment that's real, a space that already exists, a gathering that's waiting for you. Imagine this it's a Sunday morning. You drive past the buzz of a city streets and something starts to quiet inside you. You pull into a long, winding driveway, tucked deep in central florida. You turn off your phone, maybe for the first time in a long while, and you step out into the stillness. There's green everywhere, a wide, open sky. There you're greeted by a smile and a familiar, familiar face. You are walked with the group back to the far side of the land and there, towering over you like an ancient witness, is a massive oak tree. Its branches reach, and underneath it we gather.
The Immersion Experience
Speaker 1This is the Her One Day Immersion. A three hour sacred pause, just 10 to 15 women, just enough to feel held, just enough to feel seen. We meet at 10am and we start slowly, because nervous systems deserve a gentle landing Ice, cold rags for your neck, hand fans in your palm and a welcoming drink in your hand and zero pressure to be on, just presence. We begin with a ritual under the oak tree, feet bare on the ground heart open, eyes soft. You'll begin to feel the land holding you, you'll feel your breath again and, for the first time in a long time, you'll begin to feel like you. From there, the day unfolds in waves as we move through a guided meditation to settle your nervous system and bring you into the moment. Then we'll dive into some journal prompts to crack open the places you've been avoiding and rediscover your voice, introducing frequency, healing and sound that vibrates through your body, releasing what words cannot, finishing up with embodied dance and playful movement, because you don't need another breathwork breakthrough. You need to laugh with your whole body once again, and throughout it all you are held, witnessed and loved. There is no pressure to share, no pressure to be fixed and no pressure to perform.
Coming Back to Life
Speaker 1This isn't a branding event, it's not a productivity reset. It's a soul calibration. We close in sacred circle, not to wrap things up with a bow, but to honor the fact that your life is still unfolding and this moment gets to be a part of that unfolding. You leave the land a little lighter, a little clearer and a little bit more alive and, most of all, you leave reconnected to your body, to your softness, to your voice to the land and to the other women and to the parts of you that don't want to hustle anymore. So if you've been feeling like you're running on fumes, so if you've been feeling like you're running on fumes, if you've been feeling overstimulated, overbooked and underheld, if you've been craving depth not drama, connection, not codependence, let this be your invitation Come back to life with me, under the oak tree, and connect about the next Her Immersion, coming up in the Central Florida area, just 30 minutes north of Orlando.
Event Details
Speaker 1We begin at 10am and close circle by 1pm. It's slow, it's soft and it's sacred. It's deeply intentional and it's the kind of gathering you won't even realize how much you needed it until you're in it. I imagine these spaces are going to fill up fast, because the women remember just how good it feels to be in person again, to cry together, to laugh out loud and to fully exhale. All the details will be in our show notes. If there is a cost, it will be simple, but the exchange is sacred dress code, comfortable, flowy and 100. You, as for me, I'll be waiting for you under the branches of the oak tree. Let the land do its work, let your body exhale and let this sisterhood. Remind you you were never meant to do this alone.
