What happens when a creative takes time off instead of pushing through burnout? After taking a two-month hiatus from creating content, I've returned with profound insights about the necessity of pausing, processing, and recalibrating before continuing to serve others.

During my break, I experienced what some call being "triggered" but what a wise friend reframed as being "activated" - receiving the blessing of learning new lessons about my energy, boundaries, and communication patterns. Rather than speaking from an unhealed wound, I chose to step back, process with trusted friends, and return only when I could speak from the scar.

This episode explores the transformative power of cultivating internal safety as a content creator. When we create from fear or scarcity, our audience calibrates to that energy - showing up with guards raised, lacking trust. But when we create from a place of genuine safety and abundance, we invite our audience to consume our content from that same open, receptive space.

For high-performing, heart-led creative women who struggle with loneliness, feeling unsafe online, analysis paralysis, and tying their worth to analytics - this message is especially for you. The audience you seek isn't waiting for perfect thumbnails or algorithm hacks; they're waiting for YOU to step fully into your authentic self.

The Power in the Pause

Speaker 1

Hello, my love and thank you. I really do appreciate your patience and forgive me for taking a two month hiatus and not putting out new episodes. I needed some time and so today I'm going to talk about exactly what happened during that time and what I used to get through it and where we're going from here. Right, because there is power in the pause. There is power in taking a step back from what you've been doing to be able to gather yourself, to take a bird's eye view. Some people call it the macro lens or just thinking big picture, but sometimes we're so in the day-to-day we're grinding away, we're creating nonstop, we're posting every day that we lose the fact that is our messaging actually the right messaging? Are we attracting the right people to our content and into our world, whether that's through business or relationships or however you're attracting things to you? Are you attracting more of what you want to see? Or are you stuck in an old pattern and find that you just keep attracting the same baggage over and over and over again? And I found that I was doing just that. I found that I was noticing patterns in my life and then everything blew up in my face and had a massive heartbreak. We'll call it with a friend. That pain was given wise advice from friends not to post it at the time because I would have been speaking from the wound. I definitely want to go back and have that conversation and I'm still not in the space for it. So thank you for your patience. Right, I am in a world where I do talk about my pain openly. I do talk about the things I'm navigating openly. I am not one of those people who's a coach or mentor in any way, who always wants to look perfect. I actually find that's detrimental to those who are learning and growing with me. They have to see my vulnerability. They need to see that I struggle too and that I am able to continue to show up for others as I am continuously processing my own stuff. So the last few months I have had the honor I will call it of being activated.

Speaker 1

Some people say they're triggered. I had a wonderful friend give me the reframe that I was simply activated. I was given the blessing of learning new lessons. I was given the opportunity to recognize how my energy, my lack of boundaries, my inability to communicate led me to an experience that I've had in the past and it activated me. Oh yeah, it started the spiral the spiral most people fall into and only ever spiral down and it put me into an active conflict resolution phase, which is the part of the work that I do with my clients, where they're actively in the shit, they're actively feeling all of the feelings, and I was there and it's not wise to speak from that space, and so I had to step back. I had to, for your benefit, pull back, because I know it's beneficial to both pull back the curtain and let you see it, and also beneficial for me to get through it faster by just sitting in it myself, by going to those friends that I know have the ability to hold the space and then getting through the inner work so that I can get into this active healing phase and that's where I'm at now which requires a lot of rest. It requires a lot of sitting with the emotions and really just processing, moving it through, going on long walks, dancing it out right.

Speaker 1

I am in the active healing phase, which still requires my attention, and it is a phase where I am starting to share. I'm starting to open up with people around me, particularly clients. I do actually like to let them know what I'm doing to process my own stuff right now, I will tell them look, I am going through this feeling of not being safe in my world in a lot of different ways, and so I'm actively cultivating this internal experience of safety, knowing that safety is a thought that turns into an emotion. It's something that happens from the inside out, not the outside in, and while I consciously know this, my body has not fully learned this yet, and so I am actively cultivating that internal safety. And so when I'm speaking with clients who I'm seeing also have the same patterns, instead of telling them what to do or teaching them, I just say look, this is what I'm doing. Here are the journal prompts I've been journaling on and some of the aha moments I've had. Try it for yourself and that's it. It's just opening up and it's allowing both myself to have the space and the vulnerability and just nurturing, because it's hard to walk other people through something you have not yet finished going through yourself.

Recognizing Patterns That No Longer Serve

Speaker 1

And I see it all around me. I see that we are in a world where safety is so rare, a world where people feel threatened from every angle, a world where people they speak up less out of fear of losing friends, experiencing abandonment, maybe getting a bunch of hate from the internet online. Right, we are in a world where people are scared scared to lose their jobs, scared to lose their family, scared to lose themselves. That's a tough place for us to be, and when I recognize the pain around me, everything in me is driven by a desire to reduce suffering in this world, and I know that the knowledge, the tools and the abilities I have can help so many people. So many different issues can be solved with the same tools. And so I found that over the last few years, I have been speaking to everybody and I was told by coaches over and over and over in my business world to niche down, speak to one person, be really specific as to who you're helping, and I was like but I can help everyone and I see it. Now I do.

Speaker 1

I see that, yes, the work that I do can translate to multiple industries, it can translate to multiple areas of life. It can translate to all sorts of things, and when I am in a coaching container, one-on-one with someone, and recognize that they're struggling with body image issues, I can go down that route, because I am certified to be able to help people by teaching them about basic nutrition. I'm able to help someone navigate through the fitness lens, but that's not what I speak to online. That's not the message that I present on a regular basis. Yes, I can help someone build a funnel and create a system in their business that's going to support the world that they want to create, but I do not market myself as a business coach.

Speaker 1

So, sitting back over the last two months and really recognizing what do I actually bring to people, what is the value I bring? I can do a lot. I have a lot of knowledge, a wide base, but what is the unique thing that I bring? And so I started to get really, really clear, started to get really clear on who exactly am I serving, not who can I serve, but who am I serving. And not just who am I serving, but who do I actually enjoy serving.

Speaker 1

And so, looking back over the hundreds of clients I've had over the last decade and just sitting down and looking at who are my favorites, which ones were the most fun to work with, which ones made my life super easy and I enjoyed and looked forward to every single call, and then what are the patterns that I can see in the clients who were resistant and they were a struggle, and not necessarily because they challenged me, but because they challenged themselves. They resisted the process, they questioned every single thing along the way. They didn't believe it was going to work. And that's the most critical piece, I can believe it's going to work all day long. But if you do not adopt that belief and you do not think it's going to work all day long, but if you do not adopt that belief and you do not think it's going to work and you're just like, well, let me just see what happens, like that's not going to help. And so I recognized what the patterns were in the clients I was not having fun with, and so I sat down and got really clear. And so here I'm going to let you know right now who this is, because I want you to be able to recognize is this you and is this not you? And if it's not you and you still connect with me, reach out, let me know to say, hey, that's not me, but I still connect, because I want to know and know that when I create content from here forward, this is the woman that I'm speaking to, and if you don't fit this mold, it's totally okay to still listen to my content If you're still going to get value. Just know I am not going to sit here any longer and try and analyze what I'm saying and how I'm saying it, because I'm trying to speak to someone who does not use the language I use.

Speaker 1

I've recognized that I do work with logical-minded people, very literal people, and my brain does not work that way. Naturally, I am extremely creative. I am very much an inferential speaker and listener in a lot of ways, can be very literal if needed, but that's not my natural go-to. So I have to actually actively work to be able to properly communicate with someone like that, and it feels like a struggle. It probably feels like a struggle from their end too, right, and how they think about it. So, to keep it easy, I'm going to lean into what I know best and that's me. I'm going to lean into knowing that there are people on this planet. I'm going to trust and love the fact that there are people out there who are so literal, who are so just, logical and analytical, and they are there to teach you the same things I'm teaching you, but in your voice, in the way that you need to hear it, and in their voice the way that they need to say it, and that I trust that I am put on this planet with the gifts, the talents, the experience, the life lived that I was given so that I trust that I am put on this planet with the gifts, the talents, the experience, the life lived that I was given so that I can speak my voice. So this is who I'm speaking to.

Speaker 1

I am speaking to women. I am speaking directly to women who are high performers, who show up over and over and over and overperform, overachieve Women who are high performers, who are creative, who are content creators, who are podcasters, they're YouTubers, they're influencers, they're bloggers, they're musicians. They're creating things every day into this world, expressing themselves through innovative work, day into this world, expressing themselves through innovative work. They have 100,000 followers or are making $100,000 in their business. They are not at the beginning phases where they need to know the basics. They are in the middle of it and they're like, hey, I'm either burning out and I need help, or they're taking a pause and they're ready to rebuild it in a way that's actually supportive, long term right. So this is someone in the middle of the journey. You're already years in. You have a great foundation. You're just looking for those tweaks on your internal emotional and mental mind so that you can continue to amplify what you're already doing.

Speaker 1

Well, right, these people, these women, they're kinesthetic, they're feelers, they feel into things, they're big on like oh yeah, I feel energy, like that's my woman, the one who's connected to her bodies, to her emotions, to her heart. She's actually led by her heart. All of her leadership is heart-led leadership. It is more about impacting people and what people feel in the experience than it's about how she looks or what she makes or what her status is. Those things don't drive this woman. This woman is driven by her heart. She is an emotional storyteller who really dives into sharing personal stories and things that are happening around her so that the people in her audience can learn through internal visualization, through those emotional storytelling opportunities. These women are open and curious-minded. They're always looking to learn more. They're open to the fact they may or may not know, and if they already have success in an area, they are still open to learning new things that they can then integrate into what they're already doing and continue to get better. They are impact driven.

Getting Clear on Who I Serve

Speaker 1

Every single thing this woman does is to create a bigger impact, and 90% of the time, if not 95 or 99% of the time, it's because she has suffered in some way and doesn't want to continue to spread the suffering in some way and doesn't want to continue to spread the suffering, and so, in that, she is impact-driven, because she wants to help other people win in ways that she had to struggle to get right On the flip side, some of the things this woman struggles with is loneliness, because a creative adventure can be a lonely one. An entrepreneurial adventure can be a lonely one. Building a business can be something that makes you so unrelatable to the people that you're used to being around with your friends and family, unless you're in that entrepreneurial friend group already. It can be so lonely because you don't really have people to talk to about these things. She's probably struggling deeply with feeling safe in this world, especially feeling safe when posting online, being seen as herself online. Oftentimes she probably doesn't fully say what she wants to say, at least kind of sugarcoats it or softens the blow, so it's not as controversial. It doesn't strike up a bunch of drama, right? Maybe she's changing who she is to fit the mold of what she thinks she has to be in her industry. Maybe she's just strictly in the world of copying other people because that's what works right Versus listening to her heart and putting out what feels good to her and just trusting that it'll get to the right people right?

Speaker 1

This woman, she gets stuck in analysis paralysis all the time because she is that conscious learner. She's always open and curious, which means she is always looking at well, what could be better, what's going wrong, and she overanalyzes, which gets her into analysis paralysis, which means nothing's ever good enough. So she's constantly second guessing herself, constantly second guessing her titles and her thumbnails and all of it. How does she structure it? Who does she bring in? What visuals? What B-roll? What this, what that? Is the caption right? Is it that second guessing? That energy comes through. But when you just channel it and you go this is what I want to talk about, this is what I'm going to do, let's go that's what makes the difference, because this woman who gets stuck in this analysis paralysis, this second guessing she often allows herself to slip into that comparison trap, comparing her channel to other channels why are they doing better, why are they getting more follows, how do they get people to comment Right? And then allows her mood to be impacted by these analytics, thus tying her worth to the amount of views that she's getting, the amount of comments she's getting.

Speaker 1

She often finds it's really hard to relate to other people and make new friendships as an adult, as a creative, when she's not really going out other than to create and she's not really connecting with people, because her friends and family just don't get it right. She struggles to receive compliments. Even when her videos and her content are great, she still isn't convinced. So she's hypercritical of all of her work. It could always be a little bit better, there's always something that could have been better, right? Well, meanwhile, she's also got a bunch of content that's already done, just isn't published because it's not quite ready or I don't know. I'm just not sure. What are they going to think? Is this on brand Right? These are the thoughts she's having because she's constantly seeking external validation for her work, for her creations, because she's stuck in this world of having to prove her worth, prove that she is good enough, prove that her art is worth what she's asking, instead of simply expressing what she's feeling through her work and with this, it leaves her rarely ever feeling fully satisfied with the things she creates in this world, because it could always be a little better.

Speaker 1

So, if that's you, hey, girl, I'm jana if we haven't met yet and I'm here to help you scale your income and your impact through being able to cultivate more safety, more self-love and more emotional mastery. I am your business bestie. I'm the one who's going to be here for you, girlfriend. I'm here to help you flip the script. On those low mindset days, those days you have no ability to peel yourself out of bed, I'm that one who's going to be like get up right now and let's make a change in this world. I will remind you of your why, of who you are impacting, of how impactful you are. I will celebrate those wins with you. I will help you flip the script.

Speaker 1

On those days when that video you put so much energy into flops, I'm going to be the one to pick you up off the ground and say it's okay, let's do it again, right? That's a business bestie. It's not just a best friend, right? It's not just someone who's going to sit there and chit chat with you or whatever. It's that person who can also talk business when you need it, who knows where you're coming from, who knows your heart, who knows your why? Right? That person who wants to help you feel safe so that you can express yourself fully in this world and be seen for who you are, so that you can be seen fully in this world and be seen for who you are, so that you can be seen by those people who need who you are.

Speaker 1

Because the truth is, you're struggling to let go of control and you're struggling to post consistently because your subconscious mind does not yet feel fully safe. Subconscious mind does not yet feel fully safe. You're not lazy, you're just your body's protection mechanisms are kicking in. It is trying to help you not face the things that could get you ostracized from your community. Right, long, long, long time ago, our tribe was everything. Long, long time ago, our tribe was everything, and if we were kicked out of that tribe, the likelihood of our survival plummeted, and so our brains are still hardwired with that. And so the communities that we have built for ourselves.

Speaker 1

When we continue to grow because we are open-minded, curious people who are always looking to grow right, when we continue to grow, there are moments where we actually might outgrow the rooms we're in, might outgrow the community we're in. We might even outgrow our audience. And so when we are the type of person who continues to express and lean into who they are today, not who they were last year, you inherently are going to see drop off. You are going to see people not agree with you anymore when you continue to share this and your body is going to feel so threatened. So here's what you have to remember your audience calibrates on you. Audience calibrates on you right.

Speaking to Heart-Led Creative Women

Speaker 1

So when you post out of fear, when you post out of scarcity, when you have this safety mechanism coming up but you're pushing through and still posting, your audience is simply going to match that energy right. They're going to show up to this video with their guard up. They are going to lack trust, they're going to lack safety with you and that means they're not going to follow, they're not going to engage, they might not click that next video. This is going to end up causing you to feel disconnected from them. It's going to cause you to feel unsafe, unseen, ununderstood, and all of these things are going to just perpetuate the cycle over and over and over, because you don't feel seen. So you create from a space of not feeling seen, not feeling understood. You're pushing and forcing your way out there out of fear and scarcity that it's never going to happen, and then that energy creates this cycle.

Speaker 1

So how do we break this cycle? You're like Jaina yes, that's me Constantly creating out of fear. What do I do? This is what you do. We start with ourselves. Right, we are the creator. We start with ourselves. When we create from safety, we connect and they consume from safety. So safety starts from the inside out, right, it starts as a thought and that thought becomes a feeling and those feelings become words and those words become actions and those actions eventually become habits and behaviors that create the reality that you're in. So, working from the inside out, start by just aiming to set the intention. Set an intention to connect and fully let your walls down before you begin creating. Right, it is super important not to go into the act of recording, the act of creating from the scarcity space, so you allow yourself to step into that abundance before you hit play, before you actually start to write right. How are some of the ways that you can do that right?

Speaker 1

Here are some of the things that I do before I create to make sure that I'm in the right headspace and that I'm focused on them and not me. So the first thing I do is I have a picture of my ideal client, right? A lot of people create figmental ideal clients Also great, you could utilize AI to be able to create a picture of that Fantastic. Mine is actually a real human being that I know in my life and she impacts me and she drives me and I think of her, and there was a time where it was really hard for me to get her top of mind. So what I did was I printed out a picture of her, put it in a frame and put it behind my camera, right behind the lens. So when I'm looking right at the lens, I see her face and so I speak to her. So maybe try putting a visual aid of your ideal client, of your ideal audience member. Put it behind your camera and speak directly to that person. Right? Maybe you have a vision board behind your camera that has their goals and their dreams and their struggles and the things they love and the words they associate to all over that board, so you can be reminded of that continuously.

Speaker 1

The other thing that I do is prime myself with video, so I will often be scrolling on social media and sometimes I'll run across a video of a woman in the depths of her pain and struggle. Whatever it is, she's just. You know the videos. They're crying, bawling their eyes out, sad, sobby music behind it telling their story. And the moment that I read or see one of those and it associates to my ideal client, where it is someone who's struggling with posting content or struggling with growing their audience or had a big loss in following because they posted something like those moments, I save those. I save those videos to a specific folder and before I create content, I will watch three or four of those, because it puts me in the energy of their suffering and it puts me in that mode of being the hero and I'm like you know what. I can help this? I can help get her out of suffering now, and this is the one tip, tool or technique that I'm going to teach to do that. And so priming yourself with video can be extremely powerful for putting you in the right energy for speaking to that person in that moment.

Speaker 1

I also tend to do this in a more meditative way, where I simply meditate on a friend in my world or a client in my world who is actively struggling with the thing I'm about to create content on and I will just meditate and I'll just sit and think back to the conversations, think back to what she's told me. I'll put myself in her shoes as much as humanly possible. And coming from that place, it really does help make the content feel like you're actually talking to one person, and that's the final key is speak to just one person. And that's the final key is speak to just one person. Hey, girl, right, instead of hey everybody. It just feels so much different. When someone is watching a video and you're speaking directly to them, they sit down and go. Oh my God, it's like I'm in a room with Jaina and she's just right.

Speaker 1

You're maybe driving right now or doing dishes or laundry or working, and you're just listening to me in one ear and I'm speaking to you, not all of you to you. Hey girl, I see you and I think of you every time I create content. In fact, I thought of you every single week for the last two months when I wasn't creating content. I was kicking myself over it. I had to remind myself there is power in the pause. Speak from the scar, not the wound. So I told myself it's okay. You don't have to be consistent right now. Could I have been consistent? Yeah, could I have still pumped out content? Yeah, could I have been consistent? Yeah, could I have still pumped out content? Yeah, would it have been good for you guys? Maybe. Maybe you would have gotten something from it. Would it have harmed me more? Possibly, and I knew that.

Speaker 1

I am the cap, I'm the lid I am. You are not going to grow beyond the place that I am right as the coach, as the mentor, as the leader. You're not going to outgrow me and if you do, you're not going to continue to learn from me. If you outgrow me, you're going to go find another beautiful community of people who are beyond where you are at that moment, who can help you grow, and that's perfect. That's exactly what it's meant to be.

Speaker 1

So I'm here right now, protecting my energy and protecting myself, and took those two months to be able to really pause so that I could come back to you guys with intention. To come back to you with purpose, because it's not about visibility, it's not about the views, it's not about hacking the algorithm. It is about feeling safe, being fully seen as your authentic self online. It is about the energy that you bring to the things that you are creating, because it all starts with you. So if you're not gaining an audience, maybe it's the content. That's a small fractional percentage, but the likelihood is it's you, it's you, it's you, and that's the best news that you could get, because you can control you, because you have responsibility over you, because you can choose for you, which means that the audience you seek is there, waiting. They're just waiting for you to step into all of you. So, if this is something you feel is resonating, if you're like God, that's me. Every point of it, all the pains, all the dreams, all the desires, all the struggles, it's me.

Creating Content from a Space of Safety

Speaker 1

If you are this woman or man and you want to continue to do this work, I'm actually running a workshop towards the end of the year and I'd love for you to be present for it. Now, this is actually an in-person workshop. This is happening through the Empowered Podcasting Conference. They have asked me to come out and speak. They gave me an extended period to be able to do a hands-on workshop. You're actually going to actively get to do activities in the room, get the work done, ask your questions and watch a demo, a demonstration of me helping someone. Let go of a limiting belief in real time, in that room, in the moment, and that person could be you, but you've got to be in the room. So, if you are available, friday, september 26th, to come out to Charlotte, north Carolina, come and visit, come and see us Friday night I will be running a workshop and it's going to be amazing. And if you are also a podcaster who just wants to network and meet new people, create that whole community of people who are going to continue to help you feel safe, loved and seen so that you can continuously pump out content, attract, magnetize that audience to you that you have so desired to impact, this is the place to be the Empowered Podcasting Conference.

Speaker 1

It is September 26th through the 28th. It is the full weekend Friday, saturday I believe there are some things on Sunday morning before everybody heads home. The real full day is Saturday. You get to listen to all sorts of speakers, from panels to experts giving us keynotes. There's a lot that happens in the hallways. I met so many amazing friends there last year and it's just phenomenal, right.

Speaker 1

So if you want to be in the room, if you want to actively be in the room, because most of the things I do are virtual. So if you want to be in space, ask your question, get the hands on, feel the energy of getting my full attention you have to be at this workshop. Because this workshop is being titled the Regulated Creator how to Cultivate Safety and being Seen Fully Online. So if that's you, if you want to be the regulated creator, that person who's able to powerfully post, consistently connect with your audience and each and every time that you post and have all of this positive feedback coming to you of the people that you've impacted along the way, you've got to be in this room, because in this room and in this workshop, you are going to learn a deeper understanding of what's really holding you back. It's not your thumbnail, it's not the title, it's not the platform you're hosting on. Let's actually talk about what the deeper thing is that's holding you back.

Speaker 1

You're also going to get regulation tools that you can use in the moment. You can use when you actually feel yourself hyperventilating, when you're starting to spiral and you need something right now. I'm going to give you those. You're also going to get to actively explore things through journal prompts, through visualizations in the room in the moment. So be there. Be there, because I don't think I'm going to do this again. At least I'm not recording it and putting it online or anything like that.

Speaker 1

So if you want to experience it, you've got to be in that room. And I'm telling you, it is a steal of a deal to get in this room. Because if you want to be there, go to empoweredpodcastingcom and get a ticket right now, before they sell out. These tickets are only currently $230. 230 and 81 cents, so $231. And you can get there for the three nights Friday night, saturday, all day, sunday. Go for this conference. I'm telling you, the workshop I'm running is going to be so powerful and it's just the tip of the iceberg. The other speakers that are being brought in, the other panelists, the other just attendees that show up to this event are worth being in the room. So, empoweredpodcastingcom, go, get your ticket. $231,. Well worth the investment.

Speaker 1

Charlotte, north Carolina, and I look forward to seeing you there. And I know not everybody's going to be able to make the September 26th through the 28th work. Not everybody can make it out to Charlotte, north Carolina, and I know that not everybody's in a space or a place where you could afford the flight, the hotel room, the food, the event itself. I get it and I'm not going to let you fail. So I created a freebie just for you, because I wanted you to still be able to experience that creative expansion Experience, that safety and visibility through posting online. So if you want to be able to explore deeper where this might be coming from, where it's stemming from what's actually holding you back, I made a freebie resource for you and I'm so excited for you to get this. If you go to janaswancom forward, slash safety 30,. That's safety three zero.

You're going to get a 30 question, four part plan. I don't know what it is. It's a workbook. That's what it is, and in this four part workbook, each part has a series of questions. It also has a letter from me and a challenge. So you can break this up into one part per week and you can do it for a month, or maybe that person just wants to sit down and do it all in one day or across a series of days. But this activity, this ability to actually step into these four different challenges and these 30 different questions, is going to help you really recognize, like, what is holding you back, because the awareness of what's actually holding you back or where this lack of safety is stemming from. That awareness is going to change everything for you, because from that awareness we can actually do the work. From that awareness, change can happen and I know that this resource is going to be really great for so many of you.

But I also hear you guys in the background. I hear you. I hear you in my head. I literally hear you saying but Jaina, what if I want more? 30 questions sounds like great, but like I really want to do this work and I cannot wait until September to do this work. I need it now and I cannot wait until September to do this work. I need it now. If that's you, girl, I already got you. You know I got you.

I created a 100-question version yeah, a 100-question safety and visibility creative expansion workbook. Now this one you're going to have to pay a few bucks for it because it took a lot of effort and I also plan to get the feedback from somebody. They would love that. All the little letters I write in this to you to guide you, I'm literally guiding you through the process. I'm not just giving you journal prompts and saying go for it, like I'm there with you to guide you through. And the feedback was Jana hey, what if there were audios of you reading each of these letters to me? I think that would be more personable. So, working on that, that will be a part of this in the near future.

And what is already there is a 100 question version of this. It is a 10 chapter version where each of these 10 chapters ideally you would do them one per week for 10 weeks, or if you're that person who wants to just do it all in one week, all across a couple days, or even just in one day, power through it. Go for it. Really have that transformational download. This is for you 100 questions to really expand on that awareness and taking action towards stepping into that level of safety through expansion. So if you're ready to actually take those steps to actually both become aware and start to take action, then this is for you and I really did my best to make this a reasonable investment. So it's only $33 to be able to get your hands on this Because, again, remember, the 30 question version is free.

Speaker 1

Go get that if that's where it is. But if you're ready to invest a small amount into yourself, put a little bit of skin in the game. Take this out and spread it across three months for a 10 to 12 week version. This is for you, right? That's only $11 a month. If you do it across the three months, just $33.

Speaker 1

And if that's something you're excited about, you really want to dive in and you're ready to go to the depths and you're like, cool, I want to do this workshop, that's great, but I need something between now and then. This is the perfect version, right? Start it now and you'll be finishing week 10 right before the event. Perfect, it's almost like it was planned out that way or something. Intentional creation. Who would have thought? Power in the paws. So that's for you guys.

Speaker 1

If you want that, you can go again to JanusJuancom forward slash safety 100. That's safety 100. So either way, there's something for you. Either way, if you are still here with me listening to this podcast right now, one of these two resources was made for you and is calling you, so go get it.

Just depends on whether you want the free version or you're ready to upgrade, and I'll go ahead and just slip this in there too, that these are fantastic resources and I also am building a value vault. It is a library of all of the resources I have created for any client, forever basically dropped into one space for you to go through, and a lot of them have been made free and some of them have a financial investment, mostly because the amount of effort, energy and time that went into creating those resources is a bit higher than the other ones. So go and explore. Maybe there's more freebies in there for you that you can find by just going to janaswancom forward slash value vault, value vault. Go find the value vault, go find your freebies.
